not serve on the boards of other
listed companies in the preceding
three years, and had no other
principal commitments except for
his appointments within Forterra
Trust and the NF Group.
Mr. Chung graduated with a
Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration from the University
of Hawaii, and is a Chartered
Financial Analyst.

Mr. Seah brings with him a
wealth of more than 30 years of
extensive experience in property
and project design, development
and management in Hong Kong
and overseas. Before joining
the Trustee-Manager as Chief
Executive Officer on 4 November
2013, Mr. Seah oversaw a joint
venture development for the NF
Group with Sino Ocean Land
Holdings Limited (“SOL”), where he
was responsible for directing and
managing, design, construction
and overall quality oversight for
a 405 meter tall iconic state-of-
the-art mixed development at the
heart of the Beijing CBD led by
the architects, Foster and Partners.
SOL is one of the largest China
property developers listed on the
Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Prior
to joining NF/SOL, he also served
as the former group property
advisor to the UOA Group, one
of the largest Malaysian property
companies, and was responsible
for property planning, design and
overall strategic direction.
In Hong Kong, Mr. Seah spent
more than 10 years with Kowloon-
Canton Rai lway Corporation
(“KCRC”), a Hong Kong railway
operator with a large landbank and
substantial property businesses
before its merger with MTR
Corporation Limited in 2008.
Mr. Seah last held senior executive
positions within KCRC’s Property
Division, managing multiple large-
scale property development
projects along the railway network,
covering architectural planning,
design, construction and project
management with aims to ensure
quality, time and cost control of
projects for both developments
and investment properties of
KCRC. He also once headed a
central support group responsible
for business planning, research into
property products and sustainable
development strategies, and
corporate governance initiatives
of KCRC, overseeing the setting
up of various policies, procedures,
standards, safety and development
manuals to regulate the conduct
of property businesses undertaken
by KCRC.
Currently, Mr. Seah is an executive
director of Treasury Holdings
(Shanghai) Property Management
Co., Ltd, the Property Manager to
Forterra Trust. He does not serve
on the boards of any other listed
companies. He did not serve on
the boards of any other listed
companies in the preceding three
years, and had no other principal
commitments except for his
appointments in Sino Ocean Land
Limited, UOA Group and Rainbow
Land Holdings Limited.
Mr. Seah graduated with an
honours degree from Liverpool
University in 1980 and earned
a postgraduate degree in
architecture from University of
Wales (UWIST) in 1982. He was
a Chartered Member of the Royal
Institute of British Architects, a
Chartered Member of the Malaysian
Institute of Architects, and elected
as a Fellow Member of the Hong
Kong Institute of Architects. Mr.
Seah is also a registered architect
and an Honorary Professor of the
Wuhan Railway Institute.
