SHAREHOLDERS OF RECORD AND DIVIDENDS
As of January 31, 2015, there were approximately 231
record holders of our common stock. We have paid
quarterly cash dividends on our common stock for
55 years. In February 2015, our Board of Directors
increased the regular quarterly dividend amount
14% to $0.40 per share. Our Board of Directors has
increased the quarterly dividend rate on a periodic
basis with the most recent being our 22nd increase
since our IPO in 1994.
