FastCompany.com recently highlighted the power of a strong company culture (“Culture Eats Strategy for Lunch”). But this is nothing new at Cognex, and as our company grows, so will our culture. For the first time, Cognoids from 11 offices around the world gathered in Natick to discuss what it means to be a Cognoid, and to plan exciting and motivational events for their local offices. Doctor Bob’s new title, Chief Culture Officer, reflects his and the company’s commitment to preserving and enhancing its “Work Hard, Play Hard, Move Fast” culture at every Cognex office around the world.
