A 50 / 50 Joint Venture between InFocus and TCL, a $4 billion Chinese company and the World’s largest manufacturer of televisions
To leverage the unique combination of the innovation and leadership of InFocus with the low cost manufacturing of TCL
For the most cost efficient production of projection engines and projection products such as rear projection TV’s and projectors
To sell these products globally on an OEM basis for both export, and in China without the added cost of duties
