base consists of a balanced mix of these important homebuyer groups, which make up the
majority of current and future homebuyers. In addition, we have an expanding presence in
active-adult retirement housing in both Southern California and Florida.
By designing homes for these market segments, we are able to better balance risk by
targeting a diverse and growing group of buyers. In addition, as a high-volume production
builder, we are best suited to provide these homebuyers with the innovative design and
