We are realigning our resources to more effectively serve our customers and we remain dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. In fact, we believe that the new business model will allow us to respond to customer demand even more readily. Our shift to a portfolio-based organizational approach will allow our customers to choose how they want to be served. Our open-platform approach allows customers to choose best-in-class providers for all of their print needs, whether that vendor is exclusively Standard Register or not.
Many of our customers currently purchase multiple products from Standard Register-business forms, labels, systems, card products. Those customers who buy across the enterprise will be served by the Document Management SBU. Other customers who choose to purchase a single product line from Standard Register will be able to purchase directly from the SBU that provides the product they are interested in buying. Standard Register has a strong customer base in the health-care, financial and general business markets:
> We currently serve 18 of the nation's 25 largest Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) in the health-care market. Automation is becoming increasingly important in the healthcare industry, where the need for speed must be balanced with an emphasis on quality patient care.
