Financial instruments that potentially subject the Company
to a concentration of credit risk principally consist of cash and equivalents,
short-term investments, and trade receivables. The Company's credit risk
with respect to trade receivables is, in management's opinion, limited due
to industry and geographic diversification. As disclosed on the balance
sheet, the Company maintains an allowance for doubtful accounts to cover
estimated credit losses.
