Our products are customized to meet the consumer’s needs and lifestyle choices.
We currently offer three distinct personal auto products.

  • Our Low Cost personal auto product best fits those individuals buying insurance to meet their state’s minimum insurance requirements
  • Our Value-Added personal auto product is designed for those who want to protect their assets but may have a blemish on their driving record
  • Our Premier personal auto product is designed for standard and preferred drivers

This segmented approach to coverage is very different than that offered by our competitors. In addition to our personal auto products, we also offer coverage for commercial vehicles and classic automobiles.

Our targeted advertising focuses on the urban Hispanic market.
Nearly 90% of our advertising budget is allocated to Spanish and bilingual advertising. In addition to our radio and television advertising, we support local communities by participating in street events and through our Infinity Cares program. Based on a recent brand awareness study in Los Angeles, Infinity is the second most recognizable brand of auto insurance in the Hispanic market.

Outside of California, during 2007 and 2008 we plan to deploy the successful Los Angeles business model to 22 additional targeted urban zones. These urban zones include current areas of focus such as Phoenix, Houston and Orlando, as well as new markets such as Chicago and Miami.
