| Founded in 1887 as a producer of glues for household and
local industry, H.B. Fuller Company today is a worldwide manufacturer and marketer of
specialty chemicals with manufacturing and sales operations in more than 38 countries of
North America, Latin America, Europe and the Asia/Pacific region. Adhesives, sealants
and coatings primarily for industrial customers in a wide range of markets - account for
approximately 91 percent of our sales. Customer service and sales activities for this
broad category are managed by the company's North American Adhesives, Sealants and
Coatings Group, its largest business unit, and by similar European, Latin American and
Asia/Pacific Groups. In additional, five business units are included in the company's
Specialty Group: TEC Specialty Products, Inc., Foster Products Corporation, Global
Coatings Division, Linear Products Inc. and Liquid paints.
