Schlumberger owns or leases manufacturing facilities, administrative offices,
service centers, research centers, sales offices and warehouses in North
and South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia. Some facilities are
owned and some are held through long-term leases. No significant lease is
scheduled to terminate in the near future, and Schlumberger believes comparable
space is readily obtainable should any lease expire without renewal. Schlumberger
believes all of its properties are generally well maintained and adequate
for the intended use.
