Adjust your system volume settings.

Start ->Settings ->Control

Multimedia

the audio tab, select the audio
icon and turn up the volume.
Verify that the Mute boxes are
not checked.
If the playback audio area is
inaccessible it is likely that
your system is not configured
for sound.

for the speaker icon and adjust
the volume using the slide bar

My question isn't showing up in
the Q&A frame.
After you submit a question, it
is transferred to a moderator
who screens all the questions.
The moderator then selects questions
to answer and posts responses.
Once the response has been posted,
it takes about 30 seconds before
the Q&A frame on your interface
refreshes with the newly posted
answer.
