MR. ALLAN DAVIS
Director, Retail Leasing
Mr. Allan Davis is responsible for marketing and leasing of the retail portfolio of TCT. He has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate industry, managing large scale retail developments and mixed-use commercial properties. Mr. Davis has previously worked in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. After relocating to China in 2005, Mr. Davis worked for Shanghai Portman Centre, which houses the Ritz-Carlton and high-end retail and office accommodation as Property Services Director before joining Treasury in 2008.
Mr. Davis holds a Commerce Degree from University of Technology in Sydney and is a member of Associate of the Retail Management Institute of Australia (ARMIA).
MR. HU WEIPING
Director, TCT Foundation for the Children of China
Mr. Hu Weiping is the Director of TCT’s Charitable Foundation for Children established in 2007, a philanthropic organisation of TCT. He is also the executive director of the TCT-SCF Special Fund for Children, which is the Foundation’s partnership with the pre-eminent Shanghai Charity Foundation.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Hu was a senior officer of the Australian Consulate General in Shanghai where he enjoyed a successful career spanning 18 years with extensive experience in government relations and was awarded the Australia Day Achievement Medallion
2008 by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade for his outstanding contribution.
Mr. Hu graduated from Shanghai International Studies University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.
MS. WENYI LE
Financial Controller
Ms. Wenyi Le is responsible for overseeing TCT’s accounting functions, budget preparation, financial and management reporting, tax and audit matters.
Ms. Le has more than 13 years of experience in financial management. Prior to joining Treasury Holdings, she was with Kailong Real Estate Investment Shanghai where she held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance for 4 years, overseeing all financial accounting functions for their real estate investment portfolios. In 2010, she led the fund raising team and successfully raised Kailong’s first RMB Real Estate Fund which targets stabilised commercial properties. Prior to that, Ms. Le held various financial managerial positions in Canada and the United States for more than 8 years.
Ms. Le graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1997 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy. She is also a member of American Institute of CPAs.
MS. YING FAN
Associate Director, Funding & Cash Management, China
Ms. Ying Fan has more than 17 years of real estate management experience including 12 years with Hutchison Whampoa Proper ty (Shangha i ) Development Company Limited as Financial Controller.
Ms. Fan graduated from Zhong Shan University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Economics degree.
MR. RONGHUA WANG
Director of Corporate Affairs
As Director of Corporate Affairs, Mr. Wang has well established local connections and strong government relationships in China and assists the Group in navigating and resolving governmental and regulatory issues. Mr. Wang previously served as the Chinese Ambassador to the Republic of Iceland. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Wang was the General Manager of two state-owned enterprises and had also worked in the Shanghai Institute of International Finance.
MS. ALIN WANG
Associate Director of Human Resources
Ms. Alin Wang has over 10 years experience in Human Resource management with multinational companies across a broad range of industries. Prior to her current position, Ms. Wang worked for an Australian-listed company in Shanghai as Human Resource Director and before that she worked as the HR Manager for a UK-listed company that holds 16 business units in China. Ms. Wang holds a MBA degree from University of Wales.
MS. CINDY MA
Manager, Investor and Public Relations
Ms. Cindy Ma has more than seven years of experience in managing public relations and corporate communications. Prior to joining Treasury Holdings, she was with Goodman Group, one of Australia’s largest public listed Property Trusts as Marketing and Communication Manager Asia, initially based in Hong Kong and relocated to Shanghai in 2005. She was previously with CB Richard Ellis and has worked in its various Asian offices including Singapore, Shanghai and Beijing.
Ms. Ma graduated from Nan Kai University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Economics degree; she also holds a MBA degree from University of Warwick in UK.
