In September 2006, we announced a restructuring plan that has resulted in headcount reductions, primarily through workforce reductions, attrition, and targeted business divestitures. As of December 29, 2007, we had approximately 86,300 employees worldwide, with more than 50% of these employees located in the U.S. Worldwide, we had approximately 94,100 employees as of December 30, 2006 and 99,900 as of December 31, 2005.
