WHI’s Common Stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange

Although the declaration of distributions is within the discretion of
the Board of Directors and depends on the Company’s results of
operations, cash available for distribution, the financial condition
of the Company, tax considerations (including those related to REITs)
and other factors considered important by the Board of Directors, the
Company’s policy is to make regular quarterly distributions to its
shareholders.
