Duratek Employee Elected to Serve with Division of American Nuclear Society

Glen Rae, Duratek’s Commercial Services Regional Vice President, has been elected to serve on the Executive Committee of the American Nuclear Society’s Decommissioning, Decontamination & Reutilization (DD&R) Division. He will serve for a three-year term, starting in June of this year. Glen said, “I look forward to broadening and developing the services of the DD&R division and providing better communications and technical information concerning this extremely important area. There are ongoing projects as well as future projects that have a need for this service. In addition, we need to position our industry for the inevitable future D&D projects while expanding our technology base for reutilization.” Glen has been with Duratek for 7 years and involved with multiple facets of the nuclear industry for 38 years.
