NOTE 3-PUBLIC OFFERINGS In June 2004, three Lauder family trusts sold a total of 13,000,000 shares of Class A Common Stock in a registered public offering. The Company did not receive any proceeds from the sales of these shares. The cost of this offering was borne by the selling stockholders.
