I have Popup blocking software installed and I am having trouble viewing the webcast.

Popup blocking software is becoming more popular these days because many websites use pop-ups to make money. These pop-ups are quite annoying, so many people install programs that will block pop-ups from opening. Your computer may already have this software installed. This software can be very helpful, but these programs often block useful javascripts which is necessary for some Thomson webcasts.

Thomson webcasts are an example of a beneficial implementation of Javascript A small program in a web page that is interpreted and executed by the Web client.. The Thomson Webcast Viewer launches in a pre-sized browser window and embeds the Windows Media or RealPlayer so that you may view the webcast.  Unfortunately, we use javascript the same way as pop-up ads. When you have pop-up blocking software installed, you may not be able to access Thomson Webcasts.
