Security is serious business for us at Trizec, and we are vigilant in taking the extra steps to prepare and protect our people, customers and properties. Such issues may seem daunting for office building owners, but Trizec is at the forefront of developing distinctively better ways to anticipate and respond to imminent challenges.
       How is Trizec raising the standard and readying tenants? In 2005, we enacted a number of forward-thinking initiatives to enhance local management, standardize procedures, implement innovative programs, install leading-edge technology and deepen relationships with local and national agencies.
       Our company presses on, with a progressive security strategy that differentiates us from our peers. By year's end, we had placed regional managers of life safety and security in each of our seven core markets. Working in concert with our national director of security, they deliver unparalleled service, right at the local level.
       We also made significant strides in educating, training and communicating effectively with employees and customers. One of the more compelling initiatives that distinguishes Trizec is our emergency preparedness education. This year, our national security team developed 43 building-specific training videos, available online anytime, to deliver up-to-date information to customers.
       Trizec has also engaged a nationally-renowned notification agency to quickly dispatch location-specific alerts about incidents that could impact our properties. Backed by more than 1,500 emergency response teams comprised of 6,000 tenant volunteers, our foremost objective is to be ready, able and prepared at every one of our buildings.
       Whether our managers assist property teams with safety issues or deploy national programs for the highest state of readiness, Trizec is tirelessly committed to instilling confidence and ensuring business continuity for every customer. By taking security beyond the basics, we are championing an industry-leading model.
