Many of the people who are with us today, leading the organization, were part of Greenway when we were founded. When the original team is actively innovating on the same organically grown PrimeSUITE platform that they created, they have a deep understanding of what can be accomplished through Innovation.
Many of our Service team members—which also include some of our first employees—have backgrounds in healthcare services. As they support our customers, they bring first-hand experience of the rigors providers face in meeting patient care demands in an increasingly more stringent regulatory environment.
Our team members understand that our customers aren’t information systems specialists; rather, they are patient care specialists. We collaborate with them, developing easy-to-use tools for our providers to capture information, to use that information to achieve their clinical, financial and administrative goals, and to connect across the healthcare community.
Our consistently low team-member turnover is a distinct competitive advantage. Continuity creates consistency. Consistent performance contributes to high customer retention and a willingness on their part to embrace new solutions.
