Approximately 600 people are employed at our corporate headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama. In addition to the Executive staff, our Birmingham office houses Product Management, Business Development, Claims, Corporate Accounting, Information Technology, as well as our largest Customer Service Call Center.

Cerritos, California is the home of our largest claims office and training facility, where our field adjusters and appraisers are dispatched to respond to claims within 24 hours of a report. Countrywide, Infinity employs 950 claims professionals, which are assigned to 32 field branch offices and six regional offices.

Our Alpharetta office is our largest office outside of Birmingham. Employees in Pricing, Product Development, Central Claims Operations and Customer Service Call Centers, 475 in all, are assigned to this office.

Our 200 employees in Irving, Texas moved into newly leased space in 2004. Our operations at this office include our second largest Customer Service Call Center as well as our largest computer processing facility outside of Birmingham.
