 Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at the offices of The Progressive Corporation, Studio 96, 6671 Beta Drive, Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143 on May 13, 2016, at 10 a.m. eastern time. There were 2,255 shareholders of record on December 31, 2015.
