TESSCO Delivers Complete, On Time and Error-Free . . .
while continuing rapid disaster recovery!

 



TESSCO team members will relocate to new temporary office facilities on Monday.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

On Monday, November 4, just 528 hours from the disaster, TESSCO’s 300 displaced office-based team members will be operating in new temporary offices with full phone, fax, Internet, email and data functionality! Customer service will be back to the TESSCO World Class standard on Monday.

Let me update you on our current status:

1. All orders are being delivered complete, on time and error free . . . and have been since day 1! If you for some reason you have experienced a difficulty call our special "help line" 800-508-5444."

2. TESSCO.com® and email is fully functional.

  • Find, compare and select products from our Wireless Product Knowledge System® to build worksheets, place and track your orders online, and view order history all at TESSCO.com®.
  • We will pay you $100 to put TESSCO.com® to the test! This special trial offer* ends midnight tomorrow, November 1, so act quickly.
  • TESSCO.com® will not be functional from Saturday evening until Sunday midnight to allow us to “move” our data lines. TESSCO.com® will again be fully functional on Monday!

3. Fax and inbound phone lines will be at optimum capacity on Monday. We realize that you may be experiencing some difficulty:

  • Central 800 customer service lines are fully functional.
  • To reach team members directly, you can email them or call their direct-dial number. Currently, all direct-dial calls are being temporarily routed to out-sourced back up call center representatives who will forward your message to the correct TESSCO team member for prompt follow-up. On Monday we will resume full voice functionality . . . an answer within 3 rings, direct dial, transfer and voice mail capabilities.
  • Order entry fax lines are being expanded… if you experience difficulty please email to order@TESSCO.com, use TESSCO.com®, or call 800-474-7373. Full fax capability will return on Monday!

4. For invoices, credits, returns, credit applications, and financing solutions, email our Customer Transactions team at ct@tessco.com or call 410-229-1395. Full voice and fax functionality will return on Monday.

5. A photo journal of our disaster recovery progress will be on TESSCO.com® soon. . . . It will provide great “motivation” to make sure your disaster recovery plan is well prepared. TESSCO looks forward to assisting you with the development of a comprehensive product + supply chain solution, including disaster recovery.
