At Duval County Public Schools, America’s 20th largest school system, 129,000 students are building their futures. Duval school leaders count on ARAMARK to make sure the students have good food and well-managed facilities for the journey. That means serving nearly 4 million breakfasts and more than 10 million lunches each year. It also means cleaning and maintaining more than 16 million square feet of space. We began providing food services in 1989 and facility services in 1996. Last year, our food and facility programs saved millions of dollars for the district. In 2003, Duval earned well-deserved recognition as one of America’s best school districts from Newsweek magazine. We’re glad to be a part of Duval’s success.
