By developing a diverse team of managers (such as those pictured here from our team in the United States and abroad), we are better able to understand and anticipate the needs of a wide range of clients, and therefore better able to build strong trust relationships with them. In 1999, we formalized our commitment to diversity by creating Kaleidoscope, a broad-based strategy to help us achieve our business objectives. In 2002, our Chairman and CEO formed the Diversity Leadership Council to further support Kaleidoscope. Through Kaleidoscope, we are working hard to meet the needs of our clients and customers by ensuring that all employees can contribute to their fullest potential, and by growing our relationships with diverse suppliers and partners.
