Annual Meeting
The annual meeting of shareholders is to be held on January 28, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. (Central) in the Sally Beauty Holdings headquarters, located at 3001 Colorado Boulevard, Denton, Texas 76210. The Board of Directors has also set November 30, 2010, as the record date for determination of stockholders entitled to vote at the annual meeting.
