Steve Pagliuca is a Managing
Director at Bain Capital, a leading global private
investment firm based in Boston. Since joining Bain
in 1989, Pagliuca has played a leading role in the
acquisition of over 30 companies. Previously, he
was a vice president at Bain & Company where
he managed significant relationships in the healthcare
and information services industries, and was instrumental
in acquisition, divestiture and strategy development
programs for clients. A Certified Public Accountant,
Pagliuca also worked as a senior accountant and
international tax specialist for Peat Marwick Mitchell
& Company in the Netherlands. In addition to
serving on the Ameritrade Board, he currently serves
on the Board of Directors of Dynamic Details, FTD
and Gartner Group. Pagliuca holds an M.B.A. from
Harvard Business School, and a bachelor’s degree
from Duke University. |
