DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN
Comerica offers a dividend reinvestment plan, which permits participating shareholders
of record to reinvest dividends in Comerica common stock without paying brokerage
commissions or service charges. Participating shareholders also may invest up
to $10,000 in additional funds each month for the purchase of additional shares.

DIVIDEND DIRECT DEPOSIT
Common shareholders of Comerica may have their dividends deposited into their
savings or checking account at any bank that is a member of the National Automated
Clearing House (ACH) system. Information describing this service and an authorization

DIVIDEND PAYMENTS
Subject to approval of the board of directors, dividends customarily are paid
on Comerica’s common stock on or about January 1, April 1, July 1 and
October 1.
