Bolingbrook, Ill., in 2005, experienced leaders
like Aurelia Gomez will bring their
customer satisfaction skills to teach new team members
how it’s done. Aurelia joined our Tulsa, Okla.,
call center in 1998 and has been a team coach since
2002. She assumed her new position in Bolingbrook
in January 2005. |
