When the City of Bellevue, Neb., decided to evaluate wireless providers after 18 years with the same carrier, U.S. Cellular came out on top, thanks to a great team that demonstrated the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction. In addition to connecting all city departments via U.S. Cellular service, the town implemented an innovative remote alarm system to notify officials via their cell phones when waste water levels reach a point of concern.

Led by Director of Sales René Parson, the U.S. Cellular team included network engineers, business account specialists and experts in billing and customer service. They delivered a compelling proposal that has linked city officials from the mayor to the chief of Bellevue’s all-volunteer fire department.
