John Grifonetti oversees the
New Jersey operations, clearing integration planning,
and is part of the integration committee for the
entire company. He recently joined Ameritrade as
a senior advisor to the Executive Management Team.
Grifonetti was the President & COO at Datek
Online HoldingsCorp., and was responsible for the
day to day operations of Datek and played a key
role in leading the Datek and Ameritrade merger
integration process. He has over eleven years of
financial markets experience. Grifonetti joined
Datek in December 1997 from Deloitte & Touche
LLP, where he consulted some of the world's largest
brokerage houses. Prior to joining Deloitte &
Touche LLP he also worked in the Regulatory Compliance
Department of Credit Suisse First Boston. Grifonetti
received a B.B.A. in accounting from Baruch College,
and is a certified public accountant. |
