Randy MacDonald oversees all
financial operations of the Company, including developing
and planning transactions and company-wide fiscal
management. Recently, he led the integration of
Ameritrade and Datek into one company. In his tenure,
MacDonald has significantly delevered the Company’s
balance sheet and leveraged technology for Ameritrade’s
finance and accounting systems. Prior to joining
the Company in March 2000, he served in a similar
capacity with the New York City-based Investment
Technology Group, Inc. MacDonald has also held executive
positions at Salomon Brothers and Deloitte and Touche.
He holds a B.S. in accounting from Boston College. |
