The Board held six meetings in 2007. We expect each director to attend every meeting of the Board and the committees on which he or she serves as well as the annual meeting. In 2007, each director attended the 2007 Annual Stockholders' Meeting, with the exception of Mr. Pottruck. All directors attended at least 75% of the meetings of the Board and the committees on which they served in 2007.
