The Finance Committee reviews and recommends matters related to our capital structure, including the issuance of debt and equity securities; banking arrangements, including the investment of corporate cash; and management of the corporate debt structure. In addition, the Finance Committee reviews and approves finance and other cash management transactions. The Finance Committee appoints the members of, and oversees, an Investment Policy Committee which sets the investment policy and chooses investment managers for the company's domestic profit sharing and retirement plans. Mr. Pottruck is chairman of this committee, whose other members are Intel employees.
