The Board recommends that stockholders initiate communications with the Board, the Chairman, the Lead Independent Director, or any committee of the Board in writing to the attention of our Corporate Secretary at the address set forth in "Other Matters." This process will assist the Board in reviewing and responding to stockholder communications in an appropriate manner. The Board has instructed our Corporate Secretary to review such correspondence and, in his discretion, not to forward items if he deems them to be of a commercial or frivolous nature or otherwise inappropriate for the Board’s consideration.
